CONTENTS

SCOPE OF WORKS

  • Strip Out - Remove ceiling, all wall sheets, all floor and wall tiles, all fittings and fixtures.
  • Insulation - Install new insulation to walls and ceiling.
  • Carpenter - Sheet ceiling, sheet walls, sheet floor (if required), trim door (if required), install new architraves, frame niche, frame support for mirrored cabinet and wall mounted vanity.
  • Plasterer - Install cornice or square set ceiling.
  • Painter - Paint ceiling, door and window architraves.
  • Plumber - Rough in and fit off of new products, change taps to mixers, move shower waste for strip drain, move vanity waste into wall
  • Electrician - Make Safe (Isolate power for safety), Rough in and fit off of new products.
  • Waterproofer - Completed to Australian Standards. Full floor, shower walls, bath walls, 100mm around perimeter of walls.
  • Tiler -Screed floor, tile floor, tile walls to ceiling, tile niche, silicone.
  • Glazier - Install shower screen.
  • Supervisor - Run and Monitor the project and trades.

What We Offer

Demolition

Removing all fittings e.g. vanity, bath, shower screen, tap ware, existing tiles etc.

RE-SHEETING OR RENDERING

When removing tiles, the existing wall behind will often come off with the tiles.

OTHER TRADES

A plumber, carpenter or electrician are needed in the process of a bathroom renovation.

WATERPROOFING

Wet areas are required to be waterproofed according to the Australian Standard. Certificate is provided after completion.

BEDDING

This is required in most bathrooms to provide levelling or fall to drainage.

Tiling

Installation of the clients desired tile according to the Australian Standard

Grouting

Filling the joints with a colour matching cement based grout.

SILICONE

To finish off the tiling with a sealant where tiles meet each other for a smooth finish.

BATHROOM FIXTURES

Items such as a shower screen, bath, tap fittings, vanity etc.

Your new design will be drawn up into a plan you will receive a detailed scope of works and separate product supply quote. We will follow up with you to discuss or make any changes or updates.

DELIVER

Once you send us acceptance to proceed, we’ll send you what happens next steps where you have the opportunity to view and select your final product selections and make any final changes before, we issue the contract.
