SCOPE OF WORKS

  • Strip Out - Remove shower screen, shower head, shower taps/mixer, remove shower wall and floor tiles, remove shower walls and floor sheets, remove screed, remove rotted timber.
  • Carpenter - Repair wood rot, sheet walls, sheet floor (if required).
  • Plumber - Refit existing shower head and taps/mixer.
  • Waterproofer - Shower Floor, Shower Walls.
  • Tiler - Screed Floor, Tile Floor, Tile Walls to existing height, silicone.
  • Glazier - Install Shower Screen
  • Supervisor - Run and Monitor the project and trades.

What We Offer

RE-SHEETING OR RENDERING

WATERPROOFING

Wet areas are required to be waterproofed according to the Australian Standard. Certificate is provided after completion.

BEDDING

This is required in most bathrooms to provide levelling or fall to drainage.

Tiling

Installation of the clients desired tile according to the Australian Standard

Grouting

Filling the joints with a colour matching cement based grout.

SILICONE

To finish off the tiling with a sealant where tiles meet each other for a smooth finish.

DESIGN

MasterCraft Tiling and Bathroom Renovations will arrive to your consultation with our brochure of packages to explore the possibilities of your idea, solution and design in more detail. Our approach is to listen carefully to your ideas and ask questions to ensure we understand exactly what you are looking for and what is important to you and why. layout and locations of tiles, fittings and fixtures will be confirmed to ensure the best use of space and practicality. While keeping the look of the bathroom the most important aspect. If you are happy with solutions we have offered, we will proceed to the planning stage.

PLAN

On agreement to proceed to the next step. We will draw a plan of your new layout, write up the scope of work outlining the job details, prepare supply quote for all your tiles, fittings and fixtures. If you would like we can organise a 3D drawing of your bathroom, so you can visualise exactly what your bathroom is going to look like. On acceptance of the quote, it’s time to begin your renovation process. Our licenced builder will come onsite to check any structural alterations and repairs required, plumbing or electrical access. At this time, you are able to view and select your tiles, fittings and fixtures. Once we have your product selections, then we will finalise the contract, our contract will have the start date, deposit details and completion date.

DELIVER

MasterCraft Tiling & Bathroom Renovations will take it from here. Ordering of products and organising required trades. We only use trades that have gone through our qualifying process. We use a live scheduling program to monitor your project. You will be allocated a supervisor to be the point of contact throughout the entire project from start to finish. They will keep you updated as much or as little as you prefer. We have sign off stages throughout the renovation process to ensure our team are meeting our quality expectations and customer satisfaction. Our company is focused on delivering great customer service from start to completion. All our work is covered by QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission) home warranty insurance and Public and Product Liability Insurance, for your peace of mind.
