Raymond is the founder and owner of Mastercraft which was established in 2009. He values consistency in quality and service and building trust with our customers in order to achieve success. His mission is to provide a service that is efficient by building strong committed teams throughout our company culture and consistency inattention to detail that always over delivers.

Ashlee's role is primarily gathering information to compile customer quotations. She is passionate about providing clients with the best outcome for their renovation right from the start. She has an eye for detail and loves to do everything to a high standard which is fundamental to our presentation.

With 10 years in the building industry, Kristal is a book of knowledge when it comes to renovating. She will be coordinating the schedule of your projects and be your admin point of contact. She is a fun & energetic person who brings life to the office. You'll know you're speaking to her on a phone when you hear her laugh, it's contagious!
